The 2017 Marco Island Area Chamber of Commerce Annual Magazine - the "official" publication of Marco Island is currently at the printer and expected to be available the 3rd week of January.

This beautiful, 136-page full-color publication is a comprehensive guide to everything Marco Island and contains a both alphabetical and categorical listings of all members of the Marco Island Area Chamber of Commerce.*

For those who have advertised with us before, you already know the value. For those who have not been in past issues, NOW is the time!

We print 50,000 copies of our publication and provide them (via mail) to anyone calling for information on Marco Island. They are distributed to all visitors who come to the chamber Visitors Center, and are available at numerous Southwest Florida locations FREE!!

In addition to providing information to visitors, this publication is frequently used as the "Island Directory" for residents looking for reputable businesses and services in the area AND will be available for viewing ONLINE with advertiser links toward the end of January.

The Annual Glory of the Grape Fundraiser for the Marco Island Area Chamber of Commerce took place on Sunday, June 5th at CJ's on the Bay at the Esplanade.

One of our most popular events, the Glory of the Grape includes a wine tasting paired with delicious hors d'oeuvres, and a spirited LIVE AUCTION of summer-inspired gifts donated by our fabulous local businesses.

More than 130 joined us for a wonderful evening.

Marco Island, FL, January 4, 2017 - After 21 years at the Marco Island Area Chamber of Commerce, Executive Director Sandi Riedemann-Lazarus has announced her retirement effective January 1, 2017. 2016 and 2017 Chamber President Alex Parker, III stated:

"Sandi has been a great asset to the Chamber, and we wish her
all the best in her transition to retirement. We sincerely appreciate
her years of dedicated service."

The Board of Directors has been working to find the right candidate to take over
this important leadership position and is pleased to announce that we have selected community leader and recent Citizen of the Year award recipient, Dianna G. Dohm as the new Executive Director.
