There are 47,426 business establishments in Marco Island’s Collier County with fewer than 10 employees, which is a good indicator of the entrepreneurship in the community. Another 9,600 business have between 10 and 50 employees, 2,106 have between 50 and 250, and 144 businesses have more than 250 employees.

Leadership Marco continued this past week with Police Day!
Our class had the opportunity to spend time learning more about the Marco Island Police Department, the people behind the badge, and the work that goes into serving and protecting our island every day.
Experiences like this give Leadership Marco participants a better understanding of the many people and organizations working behind the scenes to make our community what it is.
