Being a great place to live also means being a great place to work. A thriving economy and attractive tax rates for businesses, Marco Island is the perfect place to operate your business. There are 47,426 business establishments in Marco Island’s Collier County with fewer than 10 employees, which is a good indicator of the entrepreneurship in the community. Another 9,600 business have between 10 and 50 employees, 2,106 have between 50 and 250, and 144 businesses have more than 250 employees.

We are extending our congratulations to Kevin Dohm on being officially installed by Marco Island City Hall City Council as Marco Island City Councilor and to Dr. Casey Lucius on her unanimous appointment as City Manager.
These leadership appointments represent an important moment for the continued growth and future of the Marco Island community. The Chamber values the strong collaboration between local leadership, businesses, and community stakeholders that helps support the long-term success of our island.
